New Orleans Cops At Center Of Tonight's 'K-Ville'

Anthony Anderson and Cole Hauser are New Orleans police officers with different approaches to the job on the new Fox drama K-Ville. Anderson's Marlin Boulet is a Crescent City native who rolls with the town's slow flow. Hauser's Trevor Cobb is the more uptight of the two and has a secret past and a military history that makes people wonder why he'd volunteer to work in a city still rebuilding from Hurricane Katrina.

K-Ville is actually shot in New Orleans, and star Anthony Anderson said that's one of the things that sets it apart from other cop shows: "I believe once the people see the show, setting and how it's shot, they'll realize that there's nothing like it on television right now and I think that's what will set us apart."

In tonight's (September 17th) series opener of K-Ville, Boulet and Cobb meet one another and tour New Orleans' devastated Ninth Ward.

In this clip from the episode, Marlin and Trevor butt heads: (Cole Hauser) "Why the hell do you care? I get a sense that you don't care what I think. I mean you're drinking on the job, which makes me wonder whether you got my back or not. You want to torture a guy in front of me? Fine. But don't come at me with attitude and pretend you want know who I am. I don't play that game." (Anthony Anderson) "All right, don't pop a blood vessel."

K-Ville premieres tonight at 9 on Fox.
