Veteran musician Bob James is known for his expressive and adventurous keyboard play. The solo star and Fourplay member has also branched into art, displaying his paintings in galleries and on-line, and lending his artworks and name to a collection of wines. Now the smooth jazz musician and producer is endorsing a line of skin care products. On his website, bobjames.com, the pianist gives a wholehearted thumbs up to company Arbonne International.
He says he first noticed that his daughter, singer Hilary James, and wife had great results using the products. "Now I was getting jealous!" James writes. "After all, touring, frequent travel, long airline trips, as well as being an avid golfer for many years had definitely taken its toll on my skin. 'Why should they have all the fun?' I thought!"
James adds that the company has been around for 26 years, and its products are hypo-allergenic, fragrance-free, pH-balanced, and not tested on animals. For more information, go to James' website and follow the link.
Meanwhile, James is busy promoting his latest collaboration, the CD Angels Of Shanghai, which he recorded with a group of traditional Chinese music students.
James's next live performance is Friday (July 13th) at the Westport Town Hall in Westport, Connecticut.
