Saxophonist Mindi Abair is hitting the big screen, or at least her music is. A segment of her tune "Every Time" is featured in the new Robin Williams comedy License To Wed. The smooth jazz song is played during the scene when star Mandy Moore is trying on her wedding dress. The tune is from her 2004 CD Come As You Are.

Meanwhile, Abair has been in the studio putting finishing touches on a new Christmas album with holiday tour mates Peter White and Rick Braun.

Abair can also be heard nationally on the syndicated Chill With Mindi Abair radio show.

Abair is currently promoting her 2006 CD Life Less Ordinary.
