Joss Stone Disses 'American Idol,' Likes Her Pot

British soul/rock singer Joss Stone recently said American Idol no longer appeals to her, reports andpop.com. She says, "I think if you keep going with it, it's gonna get more and more cheesy... and that's a shame for the artists, because they just want any break." Stone also said, "There's some great people there, like Randy Jackson... he has every right to judge them. But the rest of them... why are you judging these people?"

Stone also told Q magazine that she's not into drugs, but she does like to partake in some wacky weed every so often. When she's particularly craving the herb, she goes directly to the city that embraces it: Amsterdam. And there's nothing, it seems, to stop her in her efforts. "If I want to leave here right now and go to Amsterdam for the hell of it, I will," she said.

She further showed some of her diva stripes when she added, "What this job has shown me is that there are many options in life, and I can do whatever I want. Cool huh?"

Stone was discovered on a U.K. talent show called Star For A Night.

Introducing Joss Stone is her current album.
