Vivica A. Fox pleaded no contest on December 7th to a drunk driving charge and has been slapped with three years probation. According to the Associated Press, the former "Dancing With the Stars" contestant also agreed to complete an alcohol education program and pay a $390 fine. Prosecutors dropped a DUI charge, which carries a maximum penalty of six months in jail.
Last March, Fox passed a police vehicle while driving her car at about 80 miles per hour. Authorities said she was swerving and failed a sobriety test. In June she told reporters, "I won't ever make that mistake again. Trust me, I'm going to hire a driver next time."
Last week, Kiefer Sutherland was sentenced to jail in a drunk driving-related case.
