Smooth Jazz V98.7 is proud to announce that superstar Smooth Jazz saxophonist and radio personality Dave Koz will begin hosting afternoons 2-7pm on the station. Starting Monday, February 25th, Dave will bring his unique and compelling radio style to help Detroit wind down their workdays.
Koz has been a solo recording artist since 1990, garnering six Grammy® nominations, a worldwide legion of fans, and the respect of the music community. He became a record executive in 2002 when he co-founded Rendezvous Entertainment, which boasts one of the biggest rosters in the smooth jazz genre. He has been a radio personality since 1994, including hosting the nationally syndicated “Dave Koz Radio Show”, and previously hosted morning drive on KTWV “The Wave,” one of our sister stations in Los Angeles
