Smooth jazz hit producer Paul Brown has completed his third solo album. The guitarist plans to release his Peak Records debut, titled White Sand, on February 27th, 2007.

 The new set is the follow-up to his 2005 release The City, which featured the Number One smooth jazz hit "Winelight," a guitar version of the Grover Washington classic.

As a producer and engineer, Brown has already racked up more than 40 Number One smooth jazz hits for a number of other artists, including Boney James, Euge Groove, Kirk Whalum, Norman Brown, and others.

After working with a number of jazz and pop acts, Brown released his first solo guitar album, Up Front, in 2003.
