Guitarist Norman Brown, fellow guitarist Nick Colionne, and saxophonist Shilts are just some of the artists set to perform on the one-day Spirit Of New York All Star Jam & Cruise, set for Friday, October 10th in New York City. The two sailings --one at 6:30 p.m. and one at 9:30 p.m. from Chelsea Piers -- will give passengers a preview of the 2009 Smooth Music Cruise.
Brown will serve as cruise host and Colionne will serve as the jam sessions host on the upcoming Smooth Music Cruise, which departs from Miami, on January 31st with a who's who of contemporary jazz stars and returns on February 5th.
