Nicole Richie and Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden welcomed a daughter on January 11th at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Harlow Winter Kate Madden is the first child for the couple, who announced last year to Diane Sawyer that they were expecting.
We are very blessed she's healthy and beautiful and so good already," Madden told People magazine on January 12th. "We are very happy."
Richie served 82 minutes in jail during her pregnancy after being convicted of driving under the influence of drugs.
Nicole is best known as Paris Hilton's co-star on the former reality show, The Simple Life. Madden had been romantically linked to pop star Hilary Duff for years before getting together with Richie in 2006.
