The two men along for the ride during Lindsay Lohan's high speed chase have hired a lawyer to consider legal action against the actress. Dante Nigro and Jakon Sutter say they were innocent bystanders and that Lohan put their lives in danger when she commandeered an SUV from a Malibu party, chased a couple of cars, and ended up in a Santa Monica parking lot where she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence on Tuesday (July 24th).
Attorney Randall Billington says his clients repeatedly pleaded with Lohan to stop her 100-mile-an-hour pursuit, and that he hopes to resolve their issues without going to court. Billington is also representing Ronnie Blake, the man claiming that Lohan ran over his foot when she sped away from the party in an acquaintance's SUV.
In this clip provided by TMZ, one of the passengers describes her pursuit: "She was probably going a hundred miles an hour the whole time on PCH. And because when we were in a faster car than her assistant's boyfriend 'cause they were only in a Tahoe and we were in a Denali, we were able to catch up to 'em and we're doing circles on PCH. The assistant tries to do a u-turn to try to lose us but it doesn't work, and it just keeps going."
In this clip provided by TMZ, Dante Nigro and Jakon Sutter say Lohan told police that they were to blame for the chase: (Eyewitness 1) "They put her about 40 feet away from us. We can hear her saying that 'No, I wasn't driving, the black kid was driving.' (Eyewitness 2) "They came over and they were really interrogating me if I was driving."
