Kevin Federline Makes More Moves To Gain Physical Custody Of Kids
Kevin Federline is not going away quietly. Last week, he filed a court motion for primary physical custody of his and Britney Spears' two children. Now Life & Style reports that custody papers were brought to Spears' assistant-cousin Alli Sims at 3 a.m. Sunday (August 12th). Sims was at a house party in Los Angeles when she was served with the papers, and sources say, she was not happy about the surprise visit. The documents state that Sims will be asked about Spears' parenting skills and other behavior. Meanwhile, Spears was out just a few hours having dinner with two guy friends in L.A. -- unaware of what was going on.
Spears' divorce from Federline was finalized last month, but since then she has continued to hit parties -- and appear in the tabloids.
The couple's older son Sean Preston Federline is 22 months old, and Jayden James Federline is 10 months old.
