Smooth Jazz saxophone star Kenny G has reportedly signed to Concord Records for his next CD release. The new set, which will be an album of favorite Latin tunes, is tentatively titled Rhythm And Romance and is due next February.
Kenny has already been performing several songs from the forthcoming CD in concert, according to SmoothJazzVibes.com.
Kenny recorded as a soloist for 25 years on Arista Records, where he enjoyed 12 Number One contemporary jazz albums and became the biggest-selling instrumental artist in the world.
He is currently on the chart with I'm In The Mood For Love .. The Most Romantic Melodies Of All Time, as well as the career-spanning compilation The Essential Kenny G.
