Former American Idol finalist Jessica Sierra was denied admittance to California on January 9th by the state's Department of Probation after a Florida judge ordered her to spend a year in a rehabilitation facility there. Sierra was sentenced to undergo treatment after she pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly intoxication and obstruction of an officer last week. The pregnant reality star must now stay at her family home for 45 days while California's Probation Department considers a transfer.
Sierra angered the Florida judge who sentenced her by holding a news conference after he imposed his sentence on January 7th. On January 10th, he prohibited her from being "within 100 yards of a mic or a TV camera," because of her constant gravitation to the media.
Sierra appears on VH1's upcoming reality show, Celebrity Rehab.
