Grammy Invites Fans To Vote For Favorite Award Show Moments
|
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Grammy Awards, the Recording Academy is inviting fans to go online and vote for their top 25 favorite moments from past Grammy shows. The results will be featured on an upcoming TV special. My Night At The Grammys, to be broadcast November 30th on CBS, will count down 25 of viewers' favorite Grammy Awards show moments, as determined by an online vote, as well as the stories behind them told by the artists themselves.
At grammy.com, viewers can view and vote for clips from 50 years of shows, as chosen by the Academy, featuring some of the unique duets the telecast is known for. Performances by Prince and Beyonce, Eminem and Elton John, Neil Diamond and Barbra Streisand, and the Simon & Garfunkel reunion are among the crop.
Fans can vote for up to five of their favorites, with the top vote-getters slated for the TV special countdown.
The deadline to vote for favorite Grammy moments is 12 midnight ET on October 7th.
