Guitarist Earl Klugh has announced the lineup for his fifth annual Weekend Of Jazz, to be held April 3rd, 4th, and 5th, at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Performing at this year's event will be pianist Ramsey Lewis, saxophonist Boney James, saxophonist Mindi Abair, and vocalist Sophie Milman. Klugh is also expected to perform and sit in with the special guests.
A lineup of late night performers will also be announced shortly.
Klugh says he'll be playing material from his new studio album, which is still unnamed but will be released in April. The set is the follow-up to his 2006 set Naked Guitar. "There is a lot of variety in the music on the record and I am having a blast with it," Klugh says. "I am looking forward to playing a new show for the Weekend of Jazz audience!"
