BRANGELINA'S AGENT SUED FOR SEXUAL HARASSMENT: A top Hollywood agent who counts Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt among his clients, is being sued by a former employee for sexual harassment. Heather Devlin claims that Todd Shemarya fostered a hostile working environment by exposing her to internet porn, "parading around naked," and mocking his celebrity clients. In the lawsuit, which was filed in Los Angeles on Tuesday (November 4th), Devlin cites an instance in which her boss showed her a banned 1997 Brad Pitt issue of Playboy and ridiculed the size of his penis. Shemarya denies the allegations and says that Devlin is just a "disgruntled" former employee who is trying to extort money.

CHARLIE SHEEN DENIES STRIP CLUB TRIP: Charlie Sheen has vehemently denied a report that he "stormed off" on wife Brooke Mueller and sought comfort at a Las Vegas strip club. After Star magazine printed word of the racy night, Sheen's rep responded to Us Weekly magazine saying, "Had the reporter bothered to check, he or she would have learned that the reason Charlie was in Vegas was for a contractual appearance on behalf of Planet Hollywood's Prive." The rep added, "He arrived and left the same evening." The couple recently confirmed that Mueller is pregnant with twin boys.

ADAM LEVINE DATING SOPHIE MONK: The romance between Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine and Benji Madden's ex-fiancee Sophie Monk appears to be heating up. MSNBC's The Scoop claims that Monk was the "guest of honor" at a party Levine recently threw at his Hollywood Hills home. The column added that although there were minimal public displays of affection the two "stayed close for most of the night."

TIM ARNOLD TALK ABOUT CHILDHOOD ABUSE: Tim Arnold's role as a child molester in the upcoming film, Gardens of the Night helped him confront his own past as a sexually abused child. He told People magazine that the abuse, which came at the hands of his male babysitter, started shortly before he turned four and lasted until he turned seven. Arnold said an incident with a gun brought the situation to a close. He said, "The guy had showed me his gun and aimed it at my dad one day when he arrived home from work. A few days later, I stole my dad's gun and went out in the middle of the street, waived it around and pointed it at his house. After that, I think it slowly stopped." As an adult, Arnold confronted his abuser and felt "pure joy" at having dealt with it.

JULIE BOWEN PREGNANT: Boston Legal actress Julie Bowen is pregnant with her second child, she confirmed to People magazine. The baby will be the second for the actress and her husband Scott Phillips, who are already the parents of an 18-month old son named Oliver. The couple has been married since 2004.

SAMANTHA RONSON UPSET WITH CALIFORNIA VOTERS: Lindsay Lohan's gal pal Samantha Ronson took to her MySpace blog to express her displeasure over the passing of Proposition 8 in California, which opposes gay marriage. Voters approved a proposition freeing chickens from small cages, and the fact that rights were granted to the animals but not people infuriated the DJ. She wrote, "Yes, I am glad that the chickens will have more room and better conditions as they wait to die, but I just think it's frightening that people show more compassion for tomorrow's dinner than for the chef."

CHRISTINA APPLEGATE SCHEDULES RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY: Christina Applegate, who underwent a double mastectomy in July after being diagnosed with breast cancer, will have reconstructive surgery later this month. Despite the intense year the actress has had, she is the consummate professional on the set of her ABC comedy, Samantha Who?. The show's executive producer Don Todd told Us Weekly magazine, "Even though I think she's probably suffering quite a bit physically, and obviously the emotional stuff comes and goes. It's just not in her to let what she's going through affect the work. She has that ability to shut it down like a guillotine falling."
