There is a "strong possibility" that the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office will not charge Lindsay Lohan with three drug-related felonies, TMZ.com reports. The charges are connected with Lohan's two recent arrests for drunken driving, first in May when she crashed her car on Beverly Hills, and then in July after a late-night car chase in Santa Monica. Cocaine was allegedly found in Lohan's car after the crash in May and in her possession when she was arrested in July. Lohan will likely be charged with misdemeanor drunk-driving charges for both incidents, unidentified law enforcement sources told TMZ. If Lohan is found guilty of both charges, she would serve a minimum of four days in jail.
