Ethank HawkeEthan Hawke, who was widely believed to have been single since his divorce from Uma Thurman, has quietly been dating the woman who worked as the former couple's nanny. The New York Daily News is reporting that the woman contacted Hawke a year after his divorce and confessed her feelings for him. The pair have now been dating for two years and a friend told the Daily News that "They are incredibly in love."

Saturday Night Live alum Chris Kattan is teaming up with Strangers With Candy comedienne Amy Sedaris for the upcoming indie feature, Tanner Hall. The script, written by the daughters of Diana von Furstenberg and Barbara Bach, was originally intended to be a TV pilot, but had to be reworked for the big screen after a pilot deal with UPN fell through when the network merged with the WB.

Angelina Jolie's brother has documented his devotion to his biological niece Shiloh by displaying a license plate bearing her name on his car. James Haven was spotted driving around Beverly Hills in an SUV bearing plates that read "SHHILOH."

Jay Leno is following in the footsteps of fellow late night hosts David Letterman and Conan O'Brien and paying his non-striking staffers out of pocket on a week-to-week basis. Leno had been receiving heat for not having offered help to his employees before now. His decision comes just days after NBC laid off the staff members.

Katherine Heigl confessed to Vanity Fair magazine that she doesn't approve of the behavior exhibited by her film and television characters. Regarding her Grey's Anatomy persona's affair with a married man, the actress said, "They really hurt somebody, and they didn't seem to be taking a lot of responsibility for it. I have a really hard time with that kind of thing. I'm maybe a little too black-and-white about it." Heigl also deemed her hit comedy Knocked Up, "sexist" because, "it paints the women as shrews, as humorless and uptight, and it paints the men as lovable, goofy, fun-loving guys."
