A reality show starring Anna Nicole Smith's baby daddy Larry Birkhead is in the works. "I don't want to give away something yet," Birkhead told the New York Daily News. "It's basically the day in the life of daddy duties." Birkhead won custody of Smith's daughter Dannielynn once a paternity test determined he was the father.

High School Musical 3 is set to begin filming in January 2008. The stars of the wildly popular Disney franchise have reportedly been given offers to reprise their roles, but not all are on the same playing field. Life and Style magazine is reporting that Zac Efron could receive $3.25 million to return as Troy, but his on and off-screen girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens is only being offered $1.3 million to come back.

Actor Nick Cannon and Victoria's Secret model Selita Ebanks have called off their engagement and broken up. Five months after an elaborate proposal involving a jumbotron in New York City's Times Square, Ebanks's rep told People magazine, "Selita and Nick are taking a break to focus on their careers but still very much love each other and remain the best of friends."

A sting operation led to the arrest of a man believed to have stolen computers and photographs used for Steven Spielberg's upcoming Indiana Jones movie. Once the images were offered for sale to entertainment websites, detectives posed as potential buyers and arrested the unidentified man.

Owen Wilson attended the Los Angeles premiere of his new movie The Darjeeling Limited Thursday night (October 4). It was one of the first public appearances for the actor, who attempted suicide in late August. Wilson was joined by fellow cast mates Adrien Brody, Anjelica Huston, Jason Schwartzman and filmmaker Wes Anderson.

A criminal investigation is being launched over nude pictures of Kim Kardashian and her sister taken when the girls were underage. The New York Daily News reports that pictures of the girls, who were 16 and 17 at the time they were taken, are being offered for sale to Internet gossip sites. Kim is best known as R&B singer Ray J's sex tape partner, and will star along with sister Kourtney in the upcoming E! reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

The minds behind Lost and Grey's Anatomy are teaming up for a one-hour comedy pilot that has been picked up by ABC. J.J. Abrams, who in addition to Lost also helmed Mission Impossible III, and Grey's scribe Jill Soloway are collaborating on a show about a failing cable access psychologist who rediscovers her true purpose when she is thrust into another job.

Comedy Central is not renewing The Showbiz Show With David Spade for a fourth season. Although he's being dropped, Spade is set with another gig - starring on the CBS comedy Rules of Engagement.

Ugly Betty star America Ferrera has been named the Hispanic Woman of the Year by the Hollywood Reporter and Billboard. She'll be honored, along with the 25 most powerful Hispanic women in film, television and music, at the inaugural Hispanic Women in Entertainment breakfast at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel on Tuesday (October 9th). The 23-year-old Emmy winner said, "It's an honor to be in such esteemed company and it's a thrill to see talented women recognized for their work behind the camera."
