Globetrotting duo Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have repeatedly said they're not ready for marriage, but Jolie has a backup plan just in case. The actress has drawn up a pre-nuptial agreement should she walk down the aisle a third time, and it mainly concerns the welfare of her children.
The Times Of India reports, "Angelina is adamant that following a divorce she will raise them alone, making Brad sign away all claims and even visitation rights to Maddox, Zahara, and Pax." Jolie has to deal with custody of Shiloh, her biological daughter with Pitt, separately.
The Jolie-Pitts are currently in Chicago while Jolie shoots the film Wanted.
Jolie's son Maddox has been a regular on sets most of his young life, and Jolie said he understands what she and Brad Pitt do for a living: "He's got a hopefully good kind of combination of what we do. But he also knows we make movies and he, you know, kind of finds that funny. He finds it fun in that we tell stories and we play dress up and he comes and he's grown up on set, dressing in hair and makeup himself."
