|
Alicia Keys returns to top of the charts this week with her latest album, As I Am, which sold 70,000 copies in the U.S. The set, which features the hit single "No One" was in the second slot last week and had debuted at Number One nine weeks ago. Radiohead's latest release, In Rainbows, is now in stores and moved to Number Two. The soundtrack to the film Juno jumped eight to three last week. The set features songs from a range of artists, including Kimya Dawson, Buddy Holly and Cat Power. Mary J. Blige's Growing Pains was at Number Four, followed by Taylor Swift's self-titled album.
Keys recently told MTV that she thinks music is in a very transitional phase, explaining "I think that it's really ready for some newness and I think that there's a lot of great new things on the horizon so I think that music is ready."
