Alicia Keys Likes to Keep Future Projects Under Wraps
Singer Alicia Keys has been touring steadily since the beginning of the year, but that hasn't kept her from writing new material and making moves on other projects. The beautiful Grammy winner -- who has a film career and has published a book-- noted that while she has a lot of plans, she prefers to keep them to herself until they are realized.
Keys explained: "The calendar is like already up to 2009, which always blows my mind. Within that I definitely have a lot of creative ideas that I'm thinking about and working on. Some outside of music, they tie into who I am but in a different way. I never feel comfortable talking about all my ideas until they're a little more closer to being fulfilled."
Keys is currently performing in Europe and Asia, and will return for some Stateside shows in September. Her next film, The Secret Life Of Bees, will open in theaters this October.
The singer has recently unveiled the video for her new single "Superwoman," from her smash CD As I Am.
