Alicia Keys Denies She's Upset By Song Cut From Movie

Grammy-winning R&B singer Alicia Keys has denied rumors that she is upset at the Weinstein Company for cutting a song she recorded from the new movie The Nanny Diaries, according to NetMusicCountdown.com. Keys plays the best friend of star Scarlett Johanssen in the flick, which opened August 24th.

Keys also appeared in the gangster flick Smoking Aces last year, and according to the New York Daily News, her performance in The Nanny Diaries may have also landed the "Falling" singer a role in the upcoming movie version of Sex In The City.

Meanwhile, Keys is set to perform along with Carlos Santana, Maroon 5, Avril Lavigne, Fergie, Ludacris and others September 7th at the Conde Nast Fashion Rocks concert, airing at 9pm ET/PT on CBS.
