'Pulp Fiction' Writer Arrested On Suspicion Of Manslaughter
Hollywood writer Roger Avary was arrested on January 13th on suspicion of manslaughter and felony DUI after he crashed the car he was driving, killing one passenger and seriously injuring his wife. Police are saying that the man responsible for co-writing Pulp Fiction with Quentin Tarantino was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
Avary is free on $50,000 bail
As of Sunday night, Avary's wife was in stable condition. The other passenger, a friend visiting from Italy, reportedly died of internal injuries.
