'American Idol' Finalist in Jail Again

Former American Idol finalist Jessica Sierra was jailed in Tampa, Florida early Saturday, December 1st for disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest and violating conditions of her parole on earlier felony battery and possession charges that took place just two weeks prior. The 22-year-old singer was held without bond.
On November 19th, Circuit Judge Gregory Holder sentenced Sierra to one year probation and random drug screening after she smashed a glass over a man\'s head at a Tampa club in April. When she was searched at the county jail, officers found a small amount of cocaine. She was supposed to be completing Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, a drug-rehab program to be televised on VH1 early next year.
